California Tortilla Washington D.C. The presidential burrito bowl election is on at California Tortilla. Customers can vote for their favorite candidate based on which bowl they order. Obama's chicken teriyaki luau bowl: Mexican rice, grilled chicken, teriyaki sauce, stir-fry vegetables, grilled pineapple spears, chopped green onions. Romney's Mexican Mitt-loaf bowl: grilled Mexican meatloaf, mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, sweet and savory meatloaf sauce, corn, salsa, chopped green onions. Each bowl costs $7.29. Policy Restaurant and Lounge 1904 14th St., NW, Washington D.C. Policy has created two cocktails in honor of the candidates: the Basil "Barack" Berry and Pomegra "Mitt" mojito. The restaurant is keeping a running tab on a chalkboard in the dining room of the drink orders. When the presidential winner is announced, the winning cocktail will be offered for free during happy hour 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 7.
