Three arrested in Maryland jewelry theft

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County Police have arrested three suspects in the theft of $25,000 worth of jewelry from a Lutherville store.

Authorities said Wednesday that 45-year-old Stanley William Lester Gwynn of Elkridge has been charged with theft and released on $100,000 bail.

Police previously announced that two other suspects in the May 13 theft were taken into custody Monday. Robert Antoine Weathers and Robin Tracy Nelson are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $450,000 bail.

Investigators say a fourth suspect is not yet in custody.

Authorities say Weathers and Nelson also have been charged with two other jewelry store thefts last year in Lutherville and Pikeville.

Weathers also is charged with a Parkville liquor store theft in January.
