3.2 aftershock felt in Northern Virginia

WASHINGTON – Lots of folks in Northern Virginia felt an earthquake aftershock Monday night.

The U.S. Geological Survey confirms to WTOP the aftershock had a 3.2 magnitude and was centered in Mineral, Va., just at 6:39 p.m.

The USGS says it’s one of 63 aftershocks since the earthquake last August. Only a handful have been felt in Northern Virginia.
