WASHINGTON – It can’t be easy watching your child compete in the Olympics.
In that moment he or she is swimming, running or – in the case of gymnast Aly Raisman – flying through the air, the whole world is watching not just the performance, but also the parents’ reaction.
Raisman’s folks appear to have been sitting on pins and needles when the 18-year- old Olympian delivered her bar routine Sunday. Watch them twitch, flinch and yell in the video below:
