Scope it Out 5K Race

March is National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and the national non-profit, Colorectal Cancer Alliance invites you to get involved!

March 18, 2018 marks the 13th annual Scope it Out 5K Race. Scope it Out is the largest colon cancer race in the country and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance wants you to join the 3,000 participants in the scenic tour of popular DC sites. The race kicks off at 9 a.m. at Freedom Plaza and registration is NOW open at www.scopeitout5k.com.

To date, the Scope It Out 5K has donated more than $1,000,000 to further colorectal cancer research and awareness, and more importantly, through its education and encouragement efforts, has saved lives. The race is dedicated to the men and women who have courageously battled this disease and their loved ones who aren’t afraid to tell everyone how important it is to Scope It Out!
