STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES — The Raiders have lost six straight road games against the Jets since a 34-13 win in 1996. … The Raiders are coming off their most lopsided loss since losing 52-0 to the Rams in 2014. … Las Vegas QB Derek Carr committed a career-worst four turnovers last week. Carr has fumbled eight times on his 17 sacks this season. … The Raiders had a season-worst 11 penalties for 141 yards last week. … Las Vegas had nine turnovers in its first 100 drives of the season and then six in a span of 12 drives starting with the final drive in Week 11 vs. Kansas City and the first 11 drives last week vs. Atlanta. … The Raiders had at least five turnovers, five sacks and less than 50 yards rushing in a game for the third time in franchise history last week. … Hunter Renfrow matched a career high with seven catches last week for 73 yards. He leads Las Vegas WRs with 38 catches for 509 yards this season. … K Daniel Carlson has 100 points on the season, the first Raiders player to reach that mark in the first 11 games. … The Jets’ 11-game losing streak is the longest in a single season in franchise history. Another loss would tie the team mark for longest overall skid, which spanned the 1995 and ‘96 seasons under Rich Kotite. … QB Sam Darnold struggled in his return from a shoulder injury that sidelined him two games. He was just 16 of 27 for 197 yards with two interceptions against the Dolphins. Darnold hasn’t thrown a TD pass in his last four games, with the last coming in the first quarter against Indianapolis in Week 3 — a span of 19 quarters. … RB Frank Gore ran for a season-high 74 yards on 18 carries last week. The 37-year-old Gore has rushed for 521 yards this season, his NFL-record 16th straight season with 500 or more yards rushing. The NFL’s third-leading career rusher (15,868) also ranks fourth with 19,834 yards from scrimmage. Gore also joined Marcus Allen as the only players 35 years or older to run for 500 or more yards in two seasons. … The Jets rank last in the NFL in third-down conversions at 31.43% after going 3 for 13 against Miami. … DT Quinnen Williams has been one of New York’s few bright spots this season. He had 1 1/2 sacks, seven tackles, two passes defensed and a forced fumble last week. He leads the Jets with five sacks. … LB Neville Hewitt had a sack, forced fumble and fumble recovery last week. … K Sergio Castillo, filling in for the injured Sam Ficken, was wide right on a 29-yard field goal attempt just before halftime against Miami. He’s 7 for 9 this season, with his only other miss a blocked kick. … Fantasy tip: Raiders TE Darren Waller hasn’t had double-digit catches or more than 100 yards receiving in a game since Week 2, but he could be plenty busy Sunday while matched up against Jets rookie safety Ashtyn Davis.
