On a per-share basis, the Tempe, Arizona-based company said it had net income of $1.51.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.50 per share.
The cloud-based technology products developer posted revenue of $1.27 billion in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Eight analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.23 billion.
For the current quarter ending in December, GoDaddy said it expects revenue in the range of $1.25 billion to $1.27 billion.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $4.93 billion to $4.95 billion.
