The Glens Falls, New York-based bank said it had earnings of 77 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $62.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $42.8 million, surpassing Street forecasts.
Arrow Financial shares have dropped nearly 8% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped roughly 10% in the last 12 months.
