On a per-share basis, the Boston-based company said it had profit of 72 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 24 cents per share.
The internet security company posted revenue of $61.2 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $57.1 million, or $1.46 per share. Revenue was reported as $243.2 million.
OneSpan expects full-year revenue in the range of $245 million to $251 million.
