On a per-share basis, the Livermore, California-based company said it had net income of $1.58.
The business-to-business rental company posted revenue of $243.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $231.7 million, or $9.43 per share. Revenue was reported as $910.9 million.
McGrath expects full-year revenue in the range of $920 million to $970 million.
