The Humble, Texas-based company said it had net income of 47 cents per share.
The maker of offshore drilling and production equipment posted revenue of $250.7 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $140.3 million, or $2.77 per share. Revenue was reported as $660.8 million.
For the current quarter ending in March, Innovex International said it expects revenue in the range of $245 million to $255 million.
