The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 63 cents per share.
The utility company posted revenue of $398.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $289.2 million, or $5.50 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.83 billion.
