The Bensalem, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 16 cents per share.
The provider of housekeeping, laundry and dietary services to health care facilities posted revenue of $437.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $39.5 million, or 53 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.72 billion.
For the current quarter ending in March, Healthcare Services said it expects revenue in the range of $440 million to $450 million.
