The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 19 cents per share.
The telecommunications company posted revenue of $1.51 billion in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.47 billion.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $322 million, or $1.30 per share. Revenue was reported as $5.94 billion.
