The San Leandro, California-based company said it had net income of 41 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, were 50 cents per share.
The maker of energy recovery devices posted revenue of $67.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $23.1 million, or 40 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $144.9 million.
