On a per-share basis, the Marietta, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 70 cents. Earnings, adjusted for investment gains, came to 69 cents per share.
The insurance holding company posted revenue of $250 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $249.7 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $50.9 million, or $1.53 per share. Revenue was reported as $984.6 million.
