The bank, based in Charleston, South Carolina, said it had earnings of 33 cents per share.

The bank holding company posted revenue of $7.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $5.9 million, which beat Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $6.8 million, or $1.23 per share. Revenue was reported as $22.4 million.
