On a per-share basis, the Burlington, Massachusetts-based company said it had net income of 6 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 13 cents per share.
The provider of cloud-based software services posted revenue of $116.4 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in December, N-able said it expects revenue in the range of $111.5 million to $113 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $461.2 million to $462.7 million.
