The Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had net income of 55 cents per share.
The shipping company posted revenue of $96.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $61.5 million.
Ardmore Shipping shares have decreased 2.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed almost 1% in the last 12 months.
