The Amherst, New York-based company said it had profit of 13 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 31 cents per share.
The motion control product maker posted revenue of $125.2 million in the period.
Allient shares have dropped 32% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $20.48, a drop of 22% in the last 12 months.
