On a per-share basis, the Paramus, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 16 cents.
The watchmaker posted revenue of $159.3 million in the period.
Movado expects full-year earnings to be 90 cents to $1 per share, with revenue in the range of $665 million to $675 million.
