The Wichita, Kansas-based company said it had a loss of $3.56 per share. Losses, adjusted for pretax expenses, were $2.73 per share.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 98 cents per share.
The aircraft parts maker posted revenue of $1.49 billion in the period, also missing Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $1.53 billion.
