The Warsaw, Indiana-based company said it had a loss of 26 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 23 cents per share.
The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 31 cents per share.
The maker of orthopedic devices posted revenue of $52.8 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $52.4 million.
OrthoPediatrics expects full-year revenue in the range of $200 million to $203 million.
