On a per-share basis, the Livermore, California-based company said it had net income of $1.25. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were $1.14 per share.
The business-to-business rental company posted revenue of $203 million in the period.
McGrath expects full-year revenue in the range of $805 million to $830 million.
