Wheat for May gained 5.25 cents at $6.3150 a bushel; May corn rose 1.25 cents at $6.4650 a bushel, May oats advanced 12.50 cents at 3.1175 a bushel; while May soybeans was up .50 cent at $14.4850 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Jun. live cattle was off .08 cent at $1.6157 a pound; May. feeder cattle was up .23 cent at $2.0365 a pound; while May. lean hogs fell 1.08 cents at $.7707 a pound.
