NEW YORK (AP) — The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital, and SEC filings.

Atlas Energy Solutions – Austin, Texas, 18 million shares, priced $20-$23, managed by Goldman Sachs/BofA Securities. Proposed NYSE symbol AESI. Business: Mines and transports in-basin frac sand for the oil and gas industry.

Nava Health MD – Columbia, Md., 2.7 million shares, priced at $6, managed by WestPark Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NAVA. Business: Provides alternative and holistic medicine services in clinics and online.

Opti-Harvest – Los Angeles, 2 million shares, priced at $4, managed by WestPark Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol OPHV. Business: Makes sunlight optimization products for agriculture.

Ultimax Digital – New York, 1.9 million shares, priced $4-$5, managed by WestPark Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NFTU. Business: Operates a video game development and publishing studio and an NFT marketplace.

Xiao-I – Shanghai, China, 6 million shares, priced $6.80-$8.80, managed by Prime Number Capital/Guotai Junan Securities. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AIXI. Business: Chinese cognitive intelligence company focused on conversational AI.
