The Newark, New Jersey-based company said it had net income of 61 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 44 cents per share.
The provider of oil and gas energy services posted revenue of $81.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $87.8 million, or $3.26 per share. Revenue was reported as $315.5 million.
