On a per-share basis, the The Woodlands, Texas-based company said it had net income of $1.20. Earnings, adjusted for one-time items, came to $1.04 per share.
The oil and gas company posted revenue of $495 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $452.5 million, or $4.83 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.7 billion.
