The Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based company said it had net income of 21 cents per share.
The diagnostic test maker posted revenue of $123.1 million in the period, exceeding Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $97.2 million.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $17.9 million, or 25 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $387.5 million.
For the current quarter ending in March, OraSure said it expects revenue in the range of $125 million to $130 million.
