On taking a stand

The business community in general, I believe, wants to see change and racial equity, but then they’re afraid to say, “Black lives matter.” And that basic conversation of explaining what Black Lives Matter means, and why all lives can’t matter until Black lives matter, I think as business leaders, is really important.
