Alignstaffing has found a home in Baltimore — one that makes traveling from its D.C. headquarters a breeze.
In June, the recruiting firm opened in a historic U.S. Parcel Post Station across the street from Penn Station, where trains run daily between the two cities and beyond. The 2,800-square-foot location is Alignstaffing’s first outside of D.C., and part of a multicity expansion that could grow to include six cities along the East Coast.
Between its two locations, Alignstaffing currently employs nearly 50 people and places more than 1,500 professionals in organizations within three core industries; education, behavioral health and social services. Founder and CEO Aaron Copeland says the new office at 1501 Saint Paul St. will likely serve between 300 and 400 people in its first year, growing to 500 as the more than 20-year-old company develops.
