Reaction to HQ2: From the winners to the not-winners, everybody says they’re happy. Well, almost everybody. Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) is bringing half of its second headquarters to Crystal City, Pentagon City and the Potomac Yard — now rebranded, apparently, as National Landing — and the reaction is coming in from both the victors in this 14-month-long competition, and those that didn’t close the deal.
