‘Wonder Woman’ has taken over Georgetown. Where’s it going next?

Just in case you’re living under a rock or are somehow acutely unaware of the megastars in our midst — filming for “Wonder Woman 1984” is happening right now in Georgetown.

It appears that portions of Pennsylvania Avenue NW and Ninth, 10th and D streets NW will also be closed this weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, to accommodate the filming in the area of Market Square West and the U.S. Navy Memorial, according to a Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) notice to tenants that was obtained by the Washington Business Journal. Closures will begin at 7 p.m. Friday and end at 5 a.m. Sunday. Pennsylvania Avenue NW will be closed from Seventh to 11th streets, per the notice, as will Ninth Street NW from E Street to Constitution Avenue, 10th Street from E Street to Constitution, and D Street between Eighth and Ninth streets.
