WHAT’S AT STAKE?

The Demon Deacons are the only team in the ACC with multiple league wins in the opening month of the schedule. The Cardinals are coming off a win at Florida State. And both teams control their own destiny in the Atlantic Division race with No. 25 Clemson having lost at North Carolina State last weekend.

KEY MATCHUP

Wake Forest’s pass rush against Louisville’s offensive line. The Demon Deacons are third in the ACC with 15 sacks through four games. The Cardinals are tied for second in the league by taking just five sacks through four games.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Louisville: QB Malik Cunningham. He threw for 264 yards and two touchdowns while also running for 56 yards and two scores in last week’s win at FSU.

Wake Forest: WR A.T. Perry. He has blossomed this year with team highs of 17 catches for 292 yards and three touchdowns. He also had 155 yards receiving against FSU.
