WASHINGTON (AP) — Jordan Wood scored 15 points as Howard beat Morgan State 88-56 on Saturday.
Wood also contributed six rebounds for the Bison (11-10, 3-1 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference). Kobe Dickson scored 13 points, going 5 of 7 from the floor and 3 of 3 from the free-throw line. Marcus Dockery scored 11.
The Bears (10-9, 3-1), who saw a six-game win streak end, were led by Isaiah Burke’s 21 points and seven rebounds. Daiquan Copeland added 10 points and three steals.

Both teams next play Monday. Howard hosts Coppin State while Morgan State hosts Norfolk State.
