Who would win Bullets vs. Wizards?

The Baltimore/Washington Bullets came into existence in 1963. Since then, there have been many great players and teams to come through the system. In 1997, the team changed its name to the Washington Wizards. There have been quite a few all-stars to wear the Wizards jersey as well. So what era was better? There are all kinds of arguments that could be made. The Bullets were around for a lot longer but what do the numbers say? What would happen if we created the ultimate Bullets team and put them against the ultimate Wizards team? Let’s find out. Note: These teams were chosen by statistical performance based solely on an individual’s numbers while playing for the Bullets/Wizards.  If someone played during the transition from Bullets to Wizards, he was associated with the Wizards.
