Nightstar Therapeutics PLC, up $10.02 to $25.18

Biotechnology company Biogen is buying the gene therapy developer for about $877 million in an all-cash deal.

Enbridge Inc., down $2.19 to $35.06

The energy company is delaying the startup of its planned Line 3 replacement crude oil pipeline through northern Minnesota.

PulteGroup Inc., up 94 cents to $27.68

The Commerce Department said construction spending, which benefits the homebuilder and its peers, reached record levels in 2018.

Gap Inc., down $1.77 to $27.74

The clothing retailer is buying the assets of bankrupt children’s fashion retailer Janie and Jack for $35 million.

AT&T Inc., down 84 cents to $29.98

The telecom company is reorganizing its WarnerMedia unit, which includes HBO and Warner Bros.

Tesla Inc., down $9.43 to $285.36

The electric car maker plans to unveil next week its Model Y SUV, which will cost about 10 percent more than its Model 3, which starts around $35,000.
