Moderna Inc., up $6.70 to $79.91.

The biotechnology company secured more U.S. funding for development of its potential coronavirus vaccine and started a large study.

SAP SE, up $6.25 to $164.87.

The software giant will spin off its survey-software unit Qualtrics and take it public.

Hasbro Inc., down $5.75 to $71.84.

The maker of Transformers, Nerf and other toys reported disappointing second-quarter profit and revenue.

CNX Resources Corp., down 84 cents to $8.78.

The natural gas company is paying $357 million in stock for the remaining stake of CNX Midstream Partners.

Canadian Solar Inc., up $1.88 to $24.63

The solar cell company will list its solar modules business on Chinese capital markets.

Hertz Global Holdings Inc., down 4 cents to $1.54.

The car rental company will pay $650 million in a deal with creditors as part of a plan to reduce the size of its fleet.

RPM International Inc., up $1.23 to $80.92.

The industrial coatings and sealants maker beat Wall Street’s fiscal fourth-quarter profit forecasts.

Ventas Inc., down 16 cents to $35.61.

The owner of senior housing properties revised its lease with Brookdale Senior Living.
