that D.C. and Baltimore drivers are some of the least courteous.
A study found 57 percent of fatally injured
drivers in the United States tested positive for
drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.
Many would not name seniors as the best drivers, but according to the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, seniors over 75 years old are some of the safest on the road.
