Federal agency: Home Depot continued to sell recalled products

WASHINGTON — The Consumer Products Safety Commission says that Home Depot has continued to sell items that were recalled, in some cases years ago.

The commission says that Home Depot, as well as salvagers and recyclers who have gotten items from the retailer, have been selling 28 products that were recalled between 2012 and 2015. They say that comprises more than 2,000 individual units including riser cables, fluorescent lights and ladders. Hazards include fire, burn, shock or falls.
