    Teens, cars and texting
Unfortunately Chris, it has been my experience (many miles of driving) that too many parents and adults are guilty of texting while driving. I have even seen adult drivers texting with their small and teenage children. I do not think any fine will discourage texting while driving unless it comes with suspension/revocation of one's driver's license for a year. If someone needs to use their cell phone, pull off the road. The life you save may be your own.
