BALTIMORE (AP) — The National Weather Service is reporting a rainfall record at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
The agency says 1.5 inches of rain fell Thursday at the airport. That surpasses the record for that date of 1.38 inches set in 1996.
