WASHINGTON — A Loudoun County horse had quite a morning on Tuesday after it wandered into a neighbor’s yard, walked onto the pool cover and ended up in the pool.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s office says it got a public service call for help around 8:20 a.m. and sent crews to Jeb Stuart Road where the horse was stuck.
