Police: Va. man led mentally challenged woman into prostitution

WASHINGTON — A Reston, Virginia, man has been accused of manipulating a mentally incapacitated woman into prostitution.

The Fairfax County police say Robert Moore, 31, advertised online for the 22-year-old woman’s services, took her to meet clients and kept all the money they paid.

He’s bene charged with promoting prostitution, receiving earning from prostitution and unauthorized use of a vehicle.
