Capitals defenseman Orlov injured at hockey worlds

Orlov said Tuesday is is set to travel to the United States for treatment.

Orlov’s Russia teammate Andrei Loktionov was previously ruled out after sustaining a shoulder injury in a 5-0 victory over Switzerland on Friday.
