Home Goods TV Show Wants Bethesda Homeowners

DIY Network's A TV show that pushes new home appliances, garden products and hardware gadgets is looking for some Bethesda homeowners to take part.

The DIY Network is casting for seasons three and four of its “I Want That” show, in which homeowners demonstrate the latest appliances, furnishings, garden products and hardware gadgets.

The network wants families in the D.C. area to feature on the show. The reward: You’ll get to keep a sample of the product you help the show promote. The show is also looking for families to take part in competing do-it-yourself home improvement projects.

The casting team is seeking enthusiastic, clear-spoken homeowners who can breathe life into the products featured on I Want That. Fully-finished homes (or rooms) and homeowners with flexible weekday schedules will distinguish a casting application. Some basic home improvement experience is required.
