The Alumni Guide to picking the first round of the NCAA Tournament

Some people use detailed statistical analysis to make their selection in their NCAA brackets. Some people just guess. I came up with a groundbreaking new technique based on a school's alumni. In the following slideshow, I selected a prominent alum and compared him or her to alumni of his or her school's opponent. Then using a purely subjective set of criteria, I picked the alum I think is more impressive and moved that school on. It should also be noted that I have a very loose interpretation of the term "alumni." (WTOP/John Meyer)
