Town & Country mag names world’s most eligible bachelors (VIDEO)

WASHINGTON – It’s not exactly the “Sexiest Man Alive,” but we’re sure he doesn’t mind.

Britain’s Prince Harry was named the world’s most eligible bachelor by Town and Country Magazine. Dubbed “the wild-card royal” and “the naughty one,” the mag says the 28-year-old “hangs out with a fast crowd, downs too many drinks, and goes home at the wrong moment.”

Of course, there’s the catch that he is known to sport his birthday suit on occasion.

“We love him because he’s comfortable in his own skin and isn’t too stiff or pompous to show it,” Town & Country’s Sarah Lyall writes. “His wardrobe malfunctions – and coups (how dashing does he look in his Army Air Corps blue beret?) – merely reinforce our impression of Harry as playful, adventurous, a Renaissance man. Sometimes it’s good not to be king.”

If you’re not the royal type, though, no worries. Others to make the list include Andrew Lauren, the son of Ralph; Jon Favreau, President Barack Obama’s speechwriter; NBA point guard Jeremy Lin, NFL quarterback Tim Tebow and author Malcolm Gladwell.

Oh, and George Clooney. Duh.
