WASHINGTON – If you feel like your own fitness resolution is flagging, you might get some inspiration from athletes in the Capital Rowing Club’s Adaptive Rowing Program.
It started in 2009 when organizers decided to find a way to allow injured veterans to take participate in rowing.
WTOP’s Kate Ryan spent some time with the members of the Capital Adaptive Program and learned how it works. Below is an interview with one participant, Dana Fink:
