Park Police seek missing child

UPDATE: Monday – 1/21/2013, 4:25pm ET – U.S. Park Police report that one of the missing children, a girl named Khalia, has been reunited with her parents.

Monday – 1/21/2013, 2:22pm ET – WASHINGTON – U.S. Park Police are looking for two missing children, including an 11-year-old girl with a disability.

Police say a girl named Kahlia – described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds and wearing all beige with a red armband – was last seen near Seventh Street and Jefferson Drive on the National Mall.

Police also are looking for a missing 14-year-old boy. Nickolas Barner is white and was wearing a black jacket, black vest and a brown hat with jeans and white shoes.

Anyone who sees either of the missing children are asked to notify a nearby officer or call (202) 610-7500.
